Our primary role and main area of expertise is to provide high standard of care to our clients within the community and always review and  to respond to those changing needs appropriately. Rivers Healthcare works in partnership with other services including social workers, GP’s, Community Mental Health Nurses, Alcohol & Drug Services, Counselling Services, Physiotherapists and occupational therapist to ensure individual’s health and care needs are met effectively and appropriately.
